Do not recommend this product. Though economical, the tape, especially the tape at the top/already attached does not stay stuck. The other sides have also come undone and for the windows that have some of it still stuck, the plastic is no longer taut after having had it tightly shrunk days before. We waited 24 hours after applying before using hairdryer to shrink.

Even after throughly cleaning all surface the tape did not stick well. Everything worked fine once I got a different tape.

Enter this Window Insulation Kit, my new best friend.We did EIGHT huge windows and even tackled the attic door (a.k.a. the portal to Narnia). Let me tell you, the house already feels less like a walk-in freezer and more like a livable space. The double-sided tape stuck like a champ—even with my toddler attempting to "help" by peeling it off. And the plastic? Clear enough that I don’t feel like I’m living in a shrink-wrapped fish tank.Pro tip: Get yourself a hairdryer (or borrow your teenager’s) because that plastic shrinks tighter than my jeans after the holidays. Now, we’re cozy, and I’ve bought myself five minutes of quiet to enjoy coffee without shivering.Would I recommend? Oh, absolutely. Especially if you’re over the whole "inside the house is colder than outside" vibe. Worth every penny, and honestly, anything that keeps me from losing my mind while winter rages on is a win in my book.

Awesome product, I have a huge window that I put the plastic on and it sealed it up nice and tight. We'll have enough for two more uses with plenty of tape left over.. highly recommend

This product is a waste of time and money. It is not functional and the tape and plastic is very cheaply made. I want a refund so I can purchase something that actually works!

Using for screened in porch. Although great size and seems strong enough, very foggy material and hard to see out of for being “clear”. Will see if stands up to Illinois weather in winter

I like that you can cut the film to size, has great clarity and easy to hang. However the tape does not stick and hold very well outside. Last year I used a different brand and it held up all winter. This brand of tape was lose in less than 3 days. I ended up ordering the other brands outdoor tape.
