This item works great it help me a lot when installing the screen.you do have to be careful as the clips sometimes rips the screen.it all depends on how you work with them.they are a great help when you don’t have no one else to help you.

Items are good quality of particular you like getting the steel and Teflon wheel as with the nylon screens using the steel wheel sometimes you will cut the nylon screen

Clips are beyond useless, and you get multiple versions of the same tool so its not that useful.

It helped to do the job. The fasteners/clips did damage the screen on my first installation (I replaced the screens of all the windows/doors, 5 total). The screen doors where large (90''x60'') and I thought the clips were going to be helpful, but there were two of us doing the work and we didn't use them after it damaged the screen the first time. If you are doing it by yourself, then use the clips to stretch and secure the screen in place before applying the spline. It is easier if you use pliers to apply the clips. Squeeze the clips with pliers and gently place it in the grove with the screen tightly stretched underneath.The rest of the tools are very useful and well built.

I had to make wooden screen frames for very large windows that required numerous strips of very thick screening materials. These were a big help and made it so much easier if not making it possible. Great value for the price.
