My poor husband is bald and we live in the cold. This hat has been a lifesaver for him. He says it is so warm! He doesn't even mind snow shoveling now!

Really like this hat. Use it when snow blowing on colder days. Very warm. The way the straps are connected to the ear flaps does tend to give you a bit of a 'rabbit ear' look because the strap is not sewn to the flap as far out as it could have been. This causes the flaps to stand up-making the rabbit ear look-when not actually using them to protect the ears. My wife is a sewer, so I "commissioned" her to sew the strap out as far as she could on the flaps which caused the flaps to hug the top of the hat when not using them to cover your ears.

I wear this over a knit scarf. It fits perfectly, the fur is genuine and in good condition, and it keeps me WARM. We've been having very low temperatures and high winds, and I've been comfortable.

So incredibly warm around the ears and face. The women love it and can't keep their hands off the rabbit fur. It's so soft they say!

This is very soft and warm, the piece on the strap that is used to secure it to your head fell off before it was even used and it was never found, if you purchase this hat be aware, maybe you can figure out a way to secure it to the hat.

This hat is really warm and it looks great too! The fur is soft and thick and the hat fits true to size. The fur in the ear area does get into your ear canal sometimes and may be annoying to some. Overall the hat seems well made and my husband likes it a lot. The hat has exterior flaps over the ears that you can button in an up position to allow for better hearing. We tested it, but didn’t notice much of a difference because the hat is so plush. Not a problem for us though! The portion of the hat that touches your forehead has a soft fleece lining. The hat comes down to collar level in the back to keep the wind out and when secured under the chin, you wouldn’t really need a scarf. The one thing that was a detractor was that the hat was missing one half of the under chin buckle, so we couldn’t adequately test that feature.
