“New” card came in looking like a dog chewed on it. But went ahead and replaced it into my son’s Xbox one, and it worked great. Got the job done ✔️Also, the plastic tools that come with the kit do not hold up to the task of separating the Xbox skins. They snapped on the very first clip. Ended up using a thick butter knife instead.

Like the reviews say a lot….. these chips no way are brand new….. if they brand new then these are the cosmetic rejects! lol but it works so I can’t hate too much. lol my old bad module looks clean besides some dust… the old chip is removed and the “so called/new chip” is installed! Blue stamp on it as well. But it works…. By the looks it’s bad…. But with functional it’s good. lol got my wifi working again on this Xbox. So glad because I’m giving it to my daughter for her room and this way I don’t have to run a hard wired network cable thru the house!The wifi speed still sucks compared to wired but oh well she’s young. WiFi speed 83mb download, wired speed 718mb! But it was always slow on WiFi so I don’t blame the WiFi module replacement. Always been that way!Came in a normal plastic bag and bubble wrap….. I guess is survived ok without the antistatic bag like most boards come in. But then again it survived the trip and works. 🤷♂️I’m still only giving 3 stars. I still don’t believe this chip is brand new tho. The one I removed from my Xbox looks way better and it’s been in use for a long time now just a bit dusty and doesn’t work anymore. lol BUT it does work.

Had an original Xbox One and any controller would disconnect only a foot or so away from the Xbox. Swapped this card and it worked like new. Exactly the right tools too, couldn't have asked for more.

It worked and I was able to fix my wireless connection in about 30 minutes without ever having opened my console prior

Definitely buy and install this if your Xbox controllers are staying connected to your Xbox! It saved me from throwing my Xbox out. I’d tried resetting my Xbox eight ways from Sunday and new controllers. I even tried buying a cord for the controller. Nothing worked except this.

This stopped working after two months. This is unacceptable, buyer beware of this company.
