I dislike that I was not told they were for slow speed only.Had I known that fact I would not have purchased them.I have them now so will see if they can be reinforced to meet my needs

Good product, but in the top description it states 7"- 18" there is no 7" it's 12"-18".

Happy with it, maybe could have bought a more beefed up one but I'm sure this will outlast my boat. Bigger than I was expecting about the size of a basement beam width wise , only complaint is the adjuster for the height is a bit of a pain and rattles a bit. Otherwise worth every penny , saved me a ton vs the higher end models. I wouldn't get it if I was going to be changing the height of my seat frequently but for me it's for my captains chair so I doubt I'll change the height ever.
