I tried several brands before choosing this shoe for work around our property. Extremely comfortable and tough. I will buy again when these wear out but that may be several years.

I got the ones with the steel toe. Beware that there is another version without the steel toe. It’s been two months since I wear them, no break-in period needed, no blisters either. My feet stay dry in the rain and snow, and easy to slip on and off. I was able to wear a fit-cut jeans over the boots with no issues, and still looks great. The size is a true-to-size to me, I’m wearing 9.5. They have exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with these boots!

With chelsea boots, they are usually too loose or too tight. That's just how it is when you're not lacing them to your feet. These boots however, are perfect for me. Worth keeping in mind that I am a relatively small dude, at 5'9" 160. I don't have huge ogre feet though, so if you're a larger human, you may find them tight.Also the stretchiness of the boots is smooth and easy. When putting them on and taking them off it's not a chore. They have been through a lot so far and have no rips in the leather, the stretch material, etc. Great boots for the money. If this helped drop a heart for me!

Wow, do these boots have a way of rubbing the heel raw. The Chelsea style boots do not secure the ankle and with every step, the back of the boot would rub against my Achilles heel. Everything else was fine and I didn't have any other hot spots in my foot besides that.I wanted them to work, but it was way too uncomfortable.

I'm pretty impressed with this boot right out of the box. The fit was right on and almost no break-in period.I am a bit surprised by how comfortable they are as well.Nothing dropped on the toe yet (hope to keep it that way} so can't tell you about that.TK

These boots are comfortable, warm, and have a very nice cushion. Where them up to 10 hours a day or more and no issues so far after a couple weeks of wearing them.

I generally stay away from heavy work boots since they are usually uncomfortable, hot, and heavy. I own and like a pair of slip-on "Chelsea" style leather boots and was pleased to see that many work boot makers are offering them in this same style with a safety toe (this I-90 model is a composite toe). At first I thought I had made a mistake as out of the box I found them stiff and the toe box was detectable with every step. But knowing that quality leather needs break-in, I wore them to work anyway and after only one day am able to report that they are very comfortable with no hot spots, blisters, or toe box issues. In fact I wear them on weekends when I'm going to be on my feet a lot because they are stable and comfortable. The sole does look a bit over-aggressive, but I'm finding that they grip well on slush and ice and do not retain excessive debris, so - another feature appreciated. Additionally, they are completely waterproof, except for the elastic gussets.
