I am a size 20 or 2xl normally and I got the 4xl and it is nice a snug. Fits almost to the bottom of my belly but still good enough for me. It’s very comfortable and I forgot to take it off one after the gym and rode home with it. Highly recommend and plus did friendly. Good Material.

I love that it's so light weight but covers my back with no rolling up on me, I moved around at work and not once did I think about taking it off. I'm going to drink more water and add a few limes and workout in it. I'm sure I'll have a lot more sweat.

Measurements provided are not accurate. I’m 5’3 120 athletic build. Got an xs and it fits me like a large. Material feels good but it’s not tight. Pretty bummed.

I really like the way it feels its soft and you could still breath in it while doing crunches lol.I am 5'6 and 149 pounds I usually wear a M/L in shirts and a size 31 in jeans but this is sooo stretchy that I sized down 2 sizes I got a XS and it wasn't too tight like where you cant breath, but tight enough to feel that support around your waist. One thing I did like also is that it didn't make my boobs look like there where going to touch the hell out of my chin lol like others doI WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ITS SO COMFORTABLE AND SOFT AND STRETCHYNOTE: I HAD FIRST ORDERED A MEDIUM, RETURNED IT AND REPURCHASED A S& XSSo now I'll just return the S n keep the one that worked for me

Sizing chart attached is misleading. I ordered as per the sizing chart and it’s almost 3 sizes bigger😳.

It fits just right but not as snug as I had wanted. I'm 5'3 and 153lbs. I have a short torso so the length fits perfectly. I had purchased a medium. I should of gotten the small for a snug fit. I wear it for work and it does give good back support. I am in healthcare. It helps support my back as well as helps me sweat just a minimal. I know if it was a size smaller I could feel more sweat.
