Needed something to protect long straight hair from pulling and tangling when using a cpap mask and this works perfectly. It is comfortable and stays in place.

This swim cap doesn’t pull on my hair, it stays put, and keeps everything tucked in nicely. Putting on and twisting The inner net took a few times to practice, but now I can do it without the instructions or a mirror. Be aware that the cap doesn’t keep hair dry, just out of the way and out of my face, eyes, goggles, etc. My hair is long, reaching my waistline, (although not as thick as it used to be) and this swim cap contains it all easily. Moreover, I don’t get a headache from it being too tight! Very comfortable and performs as promised.
