My Brittany Spaniel has hip arthritis and is having hard time getting on to his couch. This step, right now is putting in front of the couch which reduces 4 inches of height( the legs are laid down under the step and add 1/2” height to the step). in the future if more height is needed, I’ll attach the legs to make it 6 inches height.

Great step for outside my soaking bath tub. 4 stars due to orange tinted stain. Would prefer a little closer to light teak or bamboo. Solid step makes it easier to get out of tub.

I ordered this because I needed a extra step outside of my workshop. This was completely built unless you needed an elevated step as outlined in the description. Just set it on the ground and go. Also includes a riser base for the bottom if you need some extra elevation. Non-stick feat to keep it from sliding, and all of the necessary hardware needed to make a taller step. The size is perfect for most people and fits my doorway with a little bit of overlap on each side for safety. Easy to use, just take it out of the box and put it down, no building required. Comfortable and nice color makes a perfect match for my workshop. Also includes traction tape if needed for safety.

Let me tell you, at my age, sometimes that extra boost can make all the difference. I needed something to help me reach those higher shelves in the garage, and this wood step stool seemed like it would fit the bill.First thing I noticed was that it's a sturdy piece of work. Solid wood, no wobbling or creaking when I step on it. I like that it has two height options – the lower one is perfect for reaching things around the house, and the higher one gives me that extra reach I need in the garage.It's a good size too. Plenty of room to stand on it comfortably, not like those little step stools that barely fit your feet. And the wide base makes it feel really stable, which is important for a guy my size.Now, it's not perfect. It's a bit heavy, so lugging it around the house can be a bit of a chore. And I wish it had some kind of handle or grip to make it easier to carry. But those are minor complaints.Overall, I'm happy with this step stool. It's well-made, does what it's supposed to do, and gives me that extra bit of height I need to tackle those out-of-reach tasks. If you're looking for a solid, reliable step stool, this one's worth checking out.

Great step, fast assembly and good quality. There are six screws to put in, and they go fast with a bit driver. Extremely easy to set up, extremely stable, and looks good in the garage!

It is only held together by staples. When it arrived, the boards were pulling apart. Had to basically rebuild it to make it functional.

Our front porch stoop is made of cement and has been slowly sinking for years. It became challenging to step up to the front door and into the house…mostly for little kids and my older parents and in-Laws. I really think this will help. Since we are keeping outside, we added the non-slip strips that came with it. I have not added the legs to make it higher, but I may not need too. I hope this stays sturdy through the weather.
