The base is of a very good quality, the problem with it is like some other people have said, there's a design flaw with the drain pitch. Water and gunk always stay below the cover, so you have to clean it at least once a week. The black cover also peels, good thing that it comes with a second nickel cover. One thing that I would tell anyone getting the 30" is that it's narrow, I wish I had bought the 32".

I am a licensed Interior Designer. Woodbridge is less expensive than other brands (Kohler, American Standard) but I have been very pleased with their products and customer service. I have not experienced any problems. Love the linear drain.

I like to install and my clients like the final finish. What I like most is its solidity, I am a fat person and after installing, I like to walk on it to check for sounds and creaks. There never are, if the floor is good, this base will install perfectly. In addition, it has a good finish.

When UPS dropped the package off the driver was so kind and helpful. He helped me take the shower base out of the box and looked for any shipping damage. The base is not hooked up yet but it will be great.

Very sturdy, stylish, high quality item....unlike the Delta shower base that I first purchased and I was very dissapointed with.
