A lot of the pegs on one side were wobbly, one even bouncing around in the box. Couldn’t pound it back in, would’ve had to use glue. Kind of ridiculous.Wasn’t impressed with the packaging. Just a box with no padding. Don’t know if it broke on the way, or if it was just poorly constructed.

Works great to store a lot of ties in a small space. A couple of reviews reported that ties would not stay on the smooth metal pegs so I went to Ace Hardware and bought some clear rubber tubing to slidw over the pegs. Works great.

The first one of these that I ordered and shipped from Amazon was a genuine Woodlore product and was made in the USA and of fine quality. It featured smooth, attractive hardware, smooth cedar edges, and a screwed in Woodlore plaque. The second one I ordered from Amazon less than one month later was shipped from Wild Ties and the box said Ties.com. This second one was NOT a genuine Woodlore product, was made in China, and was of vastly inferior quality, featuring different hardware with cheap seams, sharp ceder edges, and a pinned Ties.com plaque. It was less than half the price of the first one, so be warned. It's fine for what it is and for the cost, but it should NOT have been advertised as a genuine Woodlore product made n the USA. Buyer beware and shame on Wild Ties/Ties.com.

The organizer works. There's a little split at the top where the metal hook was driven into the wood, but otherwise the integrity of the design seems good. The bars could use a little more nub on the end to resist when ties attempt to escape the hanger.

Smells terrific. The quality was so good that I pulled the tag back out of the recycle bin to see where it was made. To my surprise, this is made in the U.S.A.! (Port Washington, Wisconsin) Way to go guys! Highly recommended.

I've owned this tie organizer for almost three years, and I've been pleased with the purchase. Good quality at the price point. Below is a list of the reasons why. (I also included several photos.)1) Capacity. It has 21 pegs on each side for a total capacity of 42 ties.2) Easy Viewing. Since it's a horizontal tie rack, it's much easier to look through all my ties when trying to choose which one to wear. My old tie rack was a vertical design, and in addition to taking up just as much space in my closet, its design made it difficult to see more than a couple of ties at once. I often found myself actually pulling it out of the closet and wading through the various ties to get a satisfactory look.3) Durability. I purchased this product nearly three years ago and it's still functioning perfectly well. Although, the pleasant cedar smell eventually dissipates.4) Decent looking.5) Price seems reasonable.I have read some reviews complaining of small splinters emerging from where the pegs were driven into the wood frame. I had never previously noticed that, but when I went back to look I did indeed see some very minor splintering around a few of the pegs. (See attached photo.) They'd never caused any damage to my ties, at least none that I'm aware of, but I was easily able to file them off, eliminating the problem.All in all a quality product at a good price point.

The ties stay on nicely and do not slide off the metal pegs. I though maybe I would have to put a rubber coating on the pegs, but that wasn't necessary. Very compact size and well worth the price.

After reading all the reviews of the electronic tie racks and all the problems, I opted for this very simple solution. It's well-made and smells great! You do need to be careful not to tip the hanger from side to side and to balance the ties from front to back because the ties do slip off easily. Since I filled it up immediately, I had no problem with the front-to-back part. But I did drop all the ties initially when it tipped to one side. Now that's it full and hanging securely, that's no problem.
