High Quality Vermiculite Material Fire Bricks
Our products are high quality Vermiculite Material Fire Bricks, not ordinary clay fire bricks. It has better thermal insulation and allows more heat to be stored in the stoves or fireplaces firebox, then the heat can warm the whole room through the stove front door and top. Better insulation effect can ensure higher temperature in the combustion chamber, so firewood can burn more completely and release more heat.

High Performance Light Weight Firebricks
These bricks are made from vermiculite, a naturally occurring mineral, which is fire-resistant and is an excellent insulation material. vermiculite is lighter
and better heat insulating; The fire bricks are lightweight and porous making them excellent for insulation purposes; These fire bricks don’t have asbestos or any other toxic chemicals; Vermiculite fire bricks don’t crack or crumble easily when exposed to heat over long periods.
Not Available for Extra High Temperature or Outdoor Use

No blocks were broken during shipping. All blocks are true to size and all edges are super squared. They cut really good with a jig saw! We'll see how they hold up to a fire but as of now I'm happy with them.

Great bricks! Used these to line my Santa Maria grill and they performed excellent. Was able to trim/cut with a grinder easily.Will definitely buy again.

Since I installed these in a pot-belly coal burning stove, I had to modify each brick by cutting it into a sort of wedge shape, which enabled me to glue them in place around the perimeter of the round "belly" of the stove. The stove, which burns incredibly hot (as most coal stoves do), used to cause the cast-iron body to glow red when the fire was raging. Although cast-iron can handle this intensity well, I preferred to line it. Now it no longer glows red and the bricks are holding up nicely after a month of continual/daily use. Very pleased.

I’m slowly getting all the material I need to build myself a proper propane forge and these bricks will work perfectly there a great value and very durable and the right sizes and amount for the size forge I am planing on building well worth it

Shipped timely. No broken pieces. Lighter than clay. Cuts with a cross-cut saw. Quick installation. Hopefully, will improve thirty year old stoves efficiency. More later...

These firebricks seem to do their job well and are easy to cut for fitting. However, I’m a bit confused by the warning that they should not be used outside. They work as expected for indoor use, but the outdoor limitation, especially regarding water, is unclear. Just be cautious if you’re planning to use them outside.
