I like these for convenience. Adds a little pump to the workout/walks. But it’s very hard to comfortably wear these - if they’re too loose, they slide around. If they’re placed snuggly, it causes irritation and numbness in the fingers. Maybe it’s just a me thing, but these aren’t my favorite!

These are great! Very easy to put on and take off. They don’t make your skin itch and the weights don’t move around while working out. Great product!

Been wearing them every day since I got them, just to wear doing every day chores and activities. And when I take them off I feelLike Brock Lee, and my arms feel like feathers. I got them to help me build my arms for archery, and I can feel the improvement. Also they are comfortable and it doesn’t feel like I have weights on because they are distributing the weight all around the wrist. They also look like cool interesting bracelets.

I like these weights, they're easy to strap on and go. I like being hands free while still actively lifting weights. These are a great dupe for balas and they work just as well as the balas do at a much better price point (I've got both and the differences are insignificant imo). They fit well on my ankles and wrists, and don't budge much after you out em on. I haven't ran or jogged while wearing them, but I walk tons and they stay put.

These wrist weights have been a total game changer! I put them on first thing in the morning and go about my daily tasks, and I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my arms. It’s such a small change, but the impact is incredible. They’re comfortable to wear all day and add just the right amount of resistance to make a noticeable improvement without being too heavy. Highly recommend!
