I just replaced my son's screen and back glass. Super easy to remove the front, but the back was awful lol. I got the new screen on and all seemed okay at first, then the screen started going black. I took off the screen several times to check connections, even used a microscope to check for debris. Then I did a hard reset and the screen was working again. Then it went black again and again, each time we have to do the hard reset (volume up, press and realease.. volume down, press and release, then hold power button until apple logo appears). This suggests it's possibly a software issue but who knows, it wasn't doing it before the replacement. We'll see how it goes
