I have purchased these brand nvr along with 1 or 2 other nvr's that are also associated with this company and for all 3 when I first received them they did support 4k but within months they no longer support 4k cameras or viewing.I've reached out to the company via email with the hopes of them sending me a firmware/software update but all of my messages have gone unanswered

Doesn't have local playback feature, no slot for sim card. Purchased to replace a broken one. Then had to repurchase again with cameras included in order for playback to work.

duct is terrific, far superior to the first NVR I purchased that came with the cameras. I'm very pleased with it's performance.
