No instructions makes installation of hardware very difficult.

Product doesn't fit the tour pack tight or even close, there is a 1 inch gap on the pads, i would not buy again.

This part was very disappointing got it i on the 27th didn’t get a chance to put it on til the 5th my wife whom is a 5foot 2in small built woman rode with me twice three days later I noticed the supports on the seat back was coming a part needless to say I’m not at all happy with it!...
