Your cart is empty.Highly polished titanium labret stem, compatible with all of the threadless piercing jewelry. The labret stem is hollow, allowing you to add a variety of attachments for lots of different looks. The attachments (not inclluded) feature a straight pin which you bend very slightly and then push into the hollow labret stem. This labret has a gauge of 0.8mm, has a base diameter of 4mm and is offered in a choice of lengths between 6mm and 8mm. This titanium labret stem is finished in shiny mirror polish.

Exactly what I needed, I ordered a 16G 8mm bar for my conch and it’s a perfect fit. :) I had no issues getting my jewelry top inside the post and there doesn’t seem to be any issues with it being loose!EDIT 11/08/24 - I bought another pair to size down the bars for my high nostril piercings, and like others have said in other reviews, the tops didn’t (initially) fit! But literally all you have to do is bend the pins of your jewelry top a little bit with some tweezers and it works perfectly fine, that’s the catch with push pin jewelry is adjusting the tension yourself sometimes. My tops are secure in place after bending the pins on my tops just a little and the bars are a perfect fit! I love these bars too since they do not cause any skin irritation.

First thing’s first- understand what you ordered. Threadless pins may need to be bent slightly more (or less) to hold in the post! Check it before you put the post in your piercing. Note, especially for unhealed piercings, the harder it is to get in, the harder to get out, so only bend the pin just enough. But yeah it’s not the posts’ fault! THEY WORK. Anyway-Just got them today, needed a longer bar for swelling. Chose 12mm, 10mm would’ve worked too but at the time of ordering I didn’t know how much more it would swell (8mm initial). Glad I have plenty room, will size back down asap. Been a few hrs, no irritation in a 10 day old piercing, quite comfortable, great qualityInsertion would be much easier if it came with a taper! It’s hard to find *12mm threadless TITANIUM posts* that come with a taper.*only not verified purchase bc I had my brother order it, he has prime shipping lol. Would def order again if I need extra posts
