Totally as advertised, fine steps , wife has arthritis so needed better steps . Work fine Uneven bottom and weights only hassle, bottom my fault. I went with two bag type weights. Probably boo boo but steps fine !

Steps work great if I had an issue it was the hand rails are a lil flimsy but still functional.

The handles are very unstable.Not good for children or adults. Also the weights are not included, which was not in the description so by the time we ordered and received them and tried the ladder it was to late for a return. 100% disappointed!

This product is not very sturdy and the handles look cheap…. The quality is questionable. Definitely have a second person to assemble. It’ll do the job.

Put it in my above ground pool today 5-24-2024. It is not very sturdy. Poles at top won’t stay together. Very disappointed. Want refund

Had to purchase ladder weights to keep it down. The rails were filled with sand but needed to be more.
