This seating blaster is an amazing thing! If a person doesn't have a tire machine, then you need this. It even blows skidsteer tires on rims, which have very thick and stiff sidewalls. But always wear hearing protection,... this thing can be loud!

Couldn't get my most recent set of UTV tires seated. Tried jumping on one bead, ratchet straps around the tire, beating it with a hammer, etc with no luck.Took a couple tries to find the right technique with this air blaster, but once I got it, it worked very well.Basically just set the tire on a couple of 5 gallon buckets with the wheel hanging in the center, valve side up. Charged up the blaster, put an air line on the tire valve running wide open, and blasted from the bottom, opposite the valve. Of the 5 tires I did this way, only one had multiple tires. The other 4 seated first try.Super impressed, would buy again.

This unit is a bit heavy but of good quality for the money. It did what is is supposed to do. The only somewhat issue I had, is the pop-off valve is a bit sensitive. The tank is designed to go to 145psi but it really only lets you get to around 110 psi

Removed the run flats from all of my Hmmwv's 37" tires on 16.5" rims. Put some tire bead sealing compound on the tires before installing the rims. It seated the tires to the rim first time every time using 100 psi. It is nice to have equipment that works they way it is supposed to each and every time.

You can throw away those ratchet straps. This unit is built with quality parts. The Tank is heavy duty. The black Air guide is adjustable with a locking ring to hold it at different angles and its made of metal. The air gauge is oil filled. The inlet air ball valve is ok. The Exit Ball valve is quality. We had a new lawn mower tire 20x8.00x8 that we just could not get spread enough to start the seal. We put about 90 psi in the tank, put the tire rim on a can so the lower bead rested on the lower rim of the wheel. When we opened the big air valve I believe it scared that tire right on!! Simply amazing.... Best tool ever!!!

This unit feels solid. It weighs 25 pounds, which doesnt sound like a lot, I regularly handle 2-300 bales of hay at a session that weigh more than that, but Ive never tried to aim a hay bale into a tire bead either. But I suppose Id rather have a solid thing that I am wrapping my arms around and holding next to my head with 100 psi inside than something flimsy. To test it I pumped it up to 100 psi and left it for 2 days (it was raining anyway) and it lost not a drop of air (and there are 2 ball valves, the big one and the little one to fill it through, so they both good). The discharge lever is a little stiff to work, but thats probably why it holds 100 psi for 2 days. The gauge is easy enough to read altho it indicates a LOT higher than anything you are supposed to put in the tank.It is a little awkward to use, but seems to do the job. I tried 4 times and failed to get a seat, but I think the tank was doing its job; its a 30 yo 12-ply backhoe tire (a front one, would never bother with a big one by myself) and I think its a little stiff at these temperatures, prolly going to try scrubbing the sidewall for a better fit next time its not raining.

I did a lot of research to find what would work the best. I looked at units that cost 2-3 times as much. I watched youtube videos on how these work, and read a LOT of reviews and tips from people that own bead seaters. I had a brand new set of garden tractor tires that were mashed pretty flat from being banded for shipment and being piled in a warehouse. I tried every trick I know with no luck. The local shop wanted just as much to mount the tires as this unit cost, so I decided to buy one. I assembled it easily, got it filled with air, and blasted the first tire on the first try and was done and aired up in a minute. Was VERY IMPRESSED. The second tire was mushed worse than the first. I tried blasting it a few times and it almost seated each time, but the rubber was quite stiff. I put the tire in front of a heater and turned it every few minutes so the rubber was quite warm and pliable. This tank blasted it on first try after that! Do I recommend this unit? YES! Zero complaints from me on this. Worth every penny!
