These artists were not satisfied with any commercial models available. They came to us because they had confidence that if anyone had the skill needed to create their own ‘dream’ mouthpiece, it was Yamaha. The players knew from the experience gained in their long careers exactly the kind of sound and response they wanted, and our technicians knew from their long experience in crafting instruments how to deliver it.

I’ve had this mouthpiece for years and it’s always my go to when I’ve got to step out. It’s comfortable and eases fatigue when playing up and down the register. Airflow can feel a little pinched in the low registers, so you lose a little warmth but overall I like it’s flexibility, dependability and rim comfort. Actually the reason I’m on here reviewing is because I’m about to buy my son one. :)

This mouthpiece is good to start building up range. This trumpet mouthpeice doesnt have good tone quality. Dont take me wrong this is a great mouthpeice but if you going for tone quality more then extreame highrange like a double high-G i dont recommend this mouthpeice.
