Hung outside patio lights, privacy curtains, and clothes line. Coated cable. Strong enough to hold up to wet and heavy items. A lot of cable for many uses. Sharp cutters needed so ends don’t fray.

This cable is far smaller than what it was advertised to be. I went to several hardware stores to buy the cable but none were pvr coated. I had 1/16 before so I ordered the same size from Amazon. The cable was far smaller than what it is advertised to be and is not sturdy enough.

other kits don't have enough wire rope but lots of connectors so this is what you need to extend those purchases

This wire worked for what I needed it to but it is not vinyl coated as in description. Seems strong and durable but I removed 2 stars because of inaccurate description.

1/16" includes the vinyl coating, so the wire itself is not a full 1/16" thick.

Used for hanging signs in a warehouse, sunshade at campsite and attached items on the river where it is very windy.

I got this for a wire gras trimmer that i could not find replacement wire for. It was easy to cut into the required lengths and make work. I also have lots to last for a long time and for other uses.

I bought this to make light duty safety cables to prevent accidental falls of my photo studio lighting. I couldn't find ready made lengths that I needed, so decided to buy my own materials and make what I need. A piece of this cable with a small loop and crimp at each end plus a snap hook to join them should be a perfect way to prevent a studio flash or other light from falling. These are small lights weighing 1-3 lb. so a heavier safety isn't required. I'm making a few at a time, when my time is free for doing this. I have much larger safety chains in use now, but they are less user friendly and are being gradually replaced.

I used it as support wire on a Hexbeam HAM radio antenna. I bought the ferrule kit to go with it. Works perfectly, and i have tons left over for future products.
