After experiencing problems with another seller's refurbished Yealink phones; I was not overly optimistic. I was incredibly pleased when I received these and they had been correctly factory reset and removed from the Yealink configuration service. All three phones of this first order from this seller (and the three phones in a subsequent order from this seller) worked perfectly and didn't need any extra effort on my part to clean anything up.

Contrary to the description, a power supply is not included and in order to use the phone ii had to buy a power supply separately.

Contrary to what it says on the website the power pack which is an essential part of the package is not included.It cost me 12 quid for a suitable replacement. Not happy.

The phone didn’t come with a power cable so it was practically useless. I had to spend another £10 to buy an adapter so we could use it. You’d think a phone would come with the means to switch it on surely?
