Love the product and I bought this second one as a gift for Christmas. My first one arrived in perfect condition and carefully packed. This one must have been drop-kicked like a field goal attempt because the box was beyond smashed. Item was not put in an Amazon box; rather, it was just the product packaging. I would have returned/exchanged it; but it was too close to the holiday. I re-packaged it as well as I could.

This works well, easy to wash, good capacity. However, the brand logo is in large black letters across the front... so it looks out of place on a formally set table. Kept sauce hot for hours... preheat with hot water before putting your liquid in... and you will have hot sauce/gravy for several hours.

This product was cheaply made and had a logo on one side. Not something I would like to serve gravy in during thanksgiving dinner.
