Does what it says it does. Combine it with your barbell and your own weight attached to a barbell apparatus for the floor. I have mine attached to my weight bench and believe me I have seen the difference in my lats bent over rows are so easy with this and it also gives you lots of stretch which is good for growth. It is Built Well very strong and functional. I would highly recommend it

I purchased this and the Viking Press attachment (both Yes4All) and I gave the Viking Press attachment to a friend. Not that it had anything wrong with it (actually a pretty good piece of kit.) but this just had way more functionality in my opinion. If you have this attached to a landmine setup, you can easily do a full body workout without having to switch things out or move all over the room. It would be great for someone with limited room (like me.). 10/10 would buy again.

1st off this thing is built very well and is a great addition to your gym for additional landmine exercises. The rotating handles are comfortable and don't feel cheap or weak. Overall I feel good about this purchase but there are a few things I don't likeA) The space between the handles is pretty narrow. I am not the biggest guy and I still have to watch it if I am using this for squats or deadlifts, for a bigger person this is definitely going to be an issue.B) The handles, although they rotate 360, are not in the best position for all exercises as you have to do everything with a side/hammer type grip. The handles don't allow a front horizontal traditional Viking Press type of push.C) This is my biggest issue. The listing says this attachment is for 2" Olympic and 1" Classic bars, but it's really not. It's pretty much made for 2" Olympic bars. All they did to be able to claim it's for 1" Classic bars is give the thing a longer lockdown screw which is basically useless because all it does is push the bar down while there is still a ton a open space around it, thus with pretty much any weight on it your bar will slip from the set screw making the whole thing a wobbly unstable mess. So what I did was buy a sleeve to covert the end of my 1" Classic bar to a 2" Olympic bar and that makes this very stable. You need to buy an 8" conversion sleeve and the problem is solved.Now reading those three gripes you'd think I was not happy about this purchase but really I am. The 1st two issues are somewhat minor for me and while the 3rd one was the worst and that's the price I pay for staying with a 1" classic setup.

You get what you pay for. This is a relatively inexpensive piece of equipment that can add a fair bit of value to your home gym. Unfortunately, the weld between the handles and the coupler for the bar collar is not even so the handles aren't perpendiulcular to the bar.

I was hesitant to try another “bolt” together lat bar because the last one I bought on Amazon snapped mid set with only180#. I have loaded yes4all bar with more than double that weight and hasn’t loosened, bent, or even flexed under movement.
