Plays beautiful but no idea if its chronium plating. Chronium is cancerous and very toxic..

I was so pleasantly surprised by the sheer quality of this mouthpiece. Sounds and plays great. I’m definitely picking one up for my alto.

I have over 10 years of experience performing in big bands and casino dance/rock bands. So far so good! I love this mouthpiece and love how it can project and play super soft. Easy free blowing mouthpiece. Had to switch to a size 2 reed from a 2 and half to get the right sound. Can play with a warm dark tone or a bright edgy tone. Getting close to achieving the tone of Dexter Gordon, or at least close;).Makes me upset how much money I spent on expensive mouthpieces like, Otto Link, Guardala, and Meyer. $200-300 each! Thinking about selling those mouthpieces and getting some money back. You gotta try this mouthpiece. If you don't like it, return it!

Ligature would not tighten down on the mouthpiece and reed which kept moving around. Couldn’t get a good seal I returned it without ever being able to develop an impression of the mouthpiece itself.

the finish was oxidized and looked blue, i was shocked when i opened package,. but this easy to fix with a plastic seal for shipping. not difficult to do in packaging the item guys.......although it polishes off with tarnish silver polish, the silver coating is so thin that you polish off the plating so, its not super quality for sure. returning item to see if second one is any better.

This mouthpiece looks stylish but it ends there. It did not fit the neck snugly and it seemed to seal just barely enough. The one I recieved was nicely packaged but it always played sharp no matter how I tuned my sax. After inspecting the inside, I found that the chamber was incredibly rough and the drill marks were very apparent through to the bore. There was also jagged metal residue within the cavity.This product could not have been made by a company that understands mouthpieces.

Ok, start with the good then finish with the stuff that could improve.It came quick. Like 3 weeks early quick. Pretty happy with that.Nice heavy piece, ligature is a great touch and works well with the mouthpiece.It fit on the stock neck for my tenor, some mouthpieces need a larger or smaller cork to fit properly.Playability is very good. Easy to hit all the notes across the board.SUPER BRIGHT AND LOUD!!!! Moved to a slightly stiffer reed to make the tone a little easier to control.Mouth doesn't get tired after cranking it through its paces on an extended run.Only complaint I have is an odd discolouration on the body of the mouthpiece where the ligature was attached when it arrived. There was a plastic bag between the mouthpiece and ligature so I don't think it came from the ligature. Will try to buff it out later but not terribly concerned as it's covered when in use.Out of all the mouthpieces I have it is by far the brightest, loudest, and easiest to play.

I was expecting that an 8 was a too much of a jump from the Yamaha 4C I was playing. I put the reed on and looked at the gap from reed to tip and thought it was way too much as I am just getting started playing saxophone. I couldn’t believe how easy it plays and it sounds so good.Very nice.
