Ok so first I don’t usually write reviews unless something blows me away. The Bluetooth works great, battery life, audio quality, waterproof, mounts easily all works as expectedBut what blows me away is the customer service. I had this product for three years, and used it and it worked great. Recently it stopped charging, so I messaged the seller and told them I loved the product but it just stopped charging and I wanted to know what I could do. They quickly replied and offered to send me a new one, no questions asked. OUTSTANDING customer service.I will definitely buy another one of these for my wife and recommend these for anyone

I really enjoy the product, the Bluetooth headset for my motorcycle helmet works great, connected to my phone (galaxy note8) easily. Sound is great, easy to install with directions, noise cancellation would be better with another helmet, my helmet isn't good for noise cancellation. Can still hear my music and gps at 70mph on highway. Going to buy another for my other helmet! Exceeded my expectations

Great product with even better customer service!I got this product for my enduro helmet since it was a cheaper price than most comparables. Right out of this he box I was impressed with the quality. I have a SENA 10R for my street helmet and these speakers are definitely louder with comparable sound quality. Which the louder is great when it has to compete with 450 dirt bike exhaust. As for calls the noise canceling worked as good, no one ever knew I was on the bike unless I did hard acceleration. I tested the intercom and it was great with maybe just a little less distance than the SMH10R.Overall an excellent product for the best price! Now for the good part of the review…I have had this headset for about six months when the mic stopped working. Everything else worked great but I can no longer make phone calls or anything that involved the mic. Turns out a connection inside the main receiver had gotten loose and didn't make a good connection when plugged the harness. I contacted the supplier and I have never received such great customer support. They sent out a new harness immediately to help diagnose the problem and when that didn't help sent me a whole new unit.It is so refreshing when the Amazon companies actually stick behind their product and for that they get a five star not to mention they have a great product!

What a great alternative to the more expensive communication devices (Sena, etc). A friend recommended this item and installation was a breeze in my helmet ( AGV K3 SV ) with the included clamp - I didn't use the sticky pads. I did, however, use the stick pads for the speakers. I have cut-outs in my helmet for speakers that fit perfect after removing them from the felt/velcro cases. I slotted them in literally perfect with sticky pads and they aren't going anywhere and I can't even tell they are there regarding comfort. The device was very easy to pair with my iPhone 6s Plus and even with another unit my friend uses. The one trick, though, is that you can't already be paired with a bluetooth device (phone) when trying to pair with another headset unit. The speakers aren't great, tons of treble and nearly zero bass, but that's probably good since the treble really cuts through wind and engine noise when riding. Music doesn't sound great but it's at least nice to have it there! The mic is actually pretty amazing for such a cheap unit. At speed with all vents open on both of our helmets, we could clearly hear each other and didn't get bombarded with background noises. The boom is VERY long and super bendy, offering great options on where to put it. I mounted mine inside my helmet under the neck roll and ran the boom toward the corner of my cheek pad, but I've seen some people mount the mic on the outside of their helmet and just bend the boom arm up in to their face. The only reason I knocked off a star is because there are a few little issues that are annoying. The bluetooth connection would remember my phone but not my friends headset so we'd have to sync them after any time we turned off the units. Also the volume seems to come on at full blast on the unit until going up or down one notch on the phone. This could be an issue with how my phone handles the pairing, but I don't know.Overall this was well worth the price and I only dinged 1 star for the small little issues we've seen. I don't know about longevity or durability as I've only had it a few weeks, but it feels solid, has a nice softer rubber coating that makes me confident that even if it fell off my helmet (which it won't, that clamp is great!), it could take the fall. Buttons are really big and easy to find even with gloves on (Scorpion SGS MK II).
