This charming set is exactly as described. Well made, great artwork, lovely case, sturdy. I should have paid more attention to the reviewers who noted how tiny it is. It would be a lovely collectible. However I was hoping for a play set for my granddaughter. Even at age 4 the cups and saucers are too small to be used for anything but pretend. The saucer is barely 2” across. The teapot looks like it would hold 10-12 oz and It would be nice if the cups could hold 3-4 oz but I think they are closer to 1-2 oz size. I would say this set is best for pretend play. Too small for kids who want to use it with real liquids or food. I returned it.

This is really cute, but the suitcase is definitely cardboard . . . and not all that heavy. The set is really very sweet and our 4 year old (who Loves, Loves, Loves Eloise) loves, loves, loves it!

Excellent quality! My daughter loves it. I was honestly nervous that this item would be cheap... but the only thing cheap about this item is the price. I see many tea party days in our future. I would not recommend this for real tea parties, only pretend ones.
