The screen works excellent. Completely fixed the dead spots on screen when trying to touch them. Screen color quality is as good as the original after minor tweaking with the settings. However, the downside is when trying to pick up the microscopic screws with the plastic tweezers to place them back into the screw holes they flex enough to flip the screw out of the jaws to places that are hard to find them. I eventually used a set of metal tweezers to place the screws and had much better success. In my replacement I used a hair dryer on medium around the edges for about 1 minute them was able to hold down the side of the frame and use the suction cup to pull the screen up without using the blue pick to pry on the sides. Other phones may be different. Mine is the iphone XR. I have never done this before and took me about an hour to do. It would have been shorter if I had used better tweezers to begin with.

I've bought this screen twice now, the first time buying it the experience was flawless, after an easy to follow installation, using the video provided on the products amazon page, my screen worked great with no issues and the quality of the image was really worth the money, however after a while I had broken my phone yet again and ordered another. On the second time around I received a faulty screen, after following the same steps again I managed to replace the screen in a fraction of the time but when it came to powering it on it did not work, I reconnected the old broken screen and it powered on just fine but coming back to the new one proved no result. After more attempts I decided to contact support and they sent me a brand new one in only 2 days free of charge, great company, I definitely recommend buying from here!

La pantalla no es de tan buena calidad, al menos la que me llego a mi tiene una tonalidad roja y bastante oscura, cuando miro las selfies en la pantalla se ve rojizo, el touch es malo pero cumple con su función, puede llegar a ser desesperante el touch, lo único rescatable realmente son las herramientas que te envían, sirve para salir del apuro

I spent $6.50 for an hour of wifi FROM MY LAPTOP ON THE PLANE TO HAWAII so i could sign into amazon and write this one star review.the screen arrived on time, installation was pretty straightforward and according to the video. everything worked decenty, there was a slight color and quality difference than the original screen, but not enough to bug me. I did the installation properly and followed the instructions carefully and exactly. What did bug me was that even from the beginning it was VERY glitchy, the screen is extremely sensitive and presses random buttons even when you don’t touch it at all. I tried removing the screen protector even but nothing changed. At least once a day it would turn in in my pocket just from touching the fabric of the inside of my pockets, and then press random buttons until it locked me out. This would happen repeatedly in my pocket until I had to wait 10 or even 30 minutes to be able to unlock my phone. Once it came within one touch of erasing all my data. Also when typing it presses random keys. Extremely inconvenient and frustrating.Anyways it worked for a few weeks right up until i was sitting at the terminal waiting to board my flight, texting friends to coordinate someone to pick me up. when i stood up to board, my phone slipped from my lap and landed on the laminate floor. a small drop, nothing unusual. but the corner of the screen popped out a little bit and the screen went black. and it didnt come back on. fml. The screen literally fell in half, and not the replacement screen fell off the phone either, the replacement screen itself fell apart.anyways yeah now im screwed this screen couldnt have given out at a worse time and I am very very unhappy with this company and the quality of this replacement screen. 0/10 would definitely not recommend. im just gonna go buy a new phone. thanks for nothing.

Screen came with tools including a set of 3 screw drivers, as well as screen removal tools including the suction cup, and opening picks.The screwdriver set also included the tri-point screwdriver that is essential to remove internal screws.Installation of the screen was easy since the backplate comes with the screen, which saves a significant amount of time instead of having to move the backplate from the old screen onto the new screen.It also came with a screen protector which can be applied after the screen has been replaced.The adhesive seal to secure the screen to the board (ie the water resistant seal) is also included and can be applied after the screen has been if required.Bracket on the screen holds the speaker and sensor assembly in place very well.Screen quality is perfect and overall is an excellent product with the correct tools to allow a quick and easy screen replacement. No issues at all while installing. All in a great purchase!

Very happy I went with this DIY kit. This kit couldn't have made it easier. I shattered the screen on my iPhone XR and found the repair to be successful. I watched a few youtube videos for instructions (it's all the same content, but finding a good youtuber for the step-to-step process is key - there's many - I didn't need to look hard). The hardest part was starting off with removing the damaged screen and separating from the adhesive. I had to use a razor, to wedge my way in to create the gap to start pulling apart the screen. I took my time and finally got it apart. I was feeling a little defeated, but once I got through this, the rest of the process was easy like building Legos. My iPhone XR now functions like new, with a flawless screen. The quality is great for what it is (a non Apple replacement). I felt accomplished when I was done and had a lot of fun throughout the entire process (1-2 hours total was spent on this project). One thing I want to point out is that the 'True Tone' option will no longer show under display. I learned that unless it's an official repair by Apple, this will be the result. I have no problem with this as my screen is now good as new and for an extremely reasonable price. I didn't have to deal with the hassle of going to a 3rd party repair shop, or the Apple Store. This kit does it all.

I was a little nervous to buy this because of some of the bad reviews but over all glad that I did buy it. The packaging is a little questionable but I’m sure it’s some big wig’s idea of saving money. That aside you are sent everything that you need. The only thing that I wish was better is the blue plastic pick that they send. It’s too thick to fit between the screen and the aluminum casing so you have to get something thinner to fist pry it up.Something else to keep in mind that I saw in other videos but not this one is: make sure there is no power when changing screens. Sheathed this be by turning off the phone or disconnecting the battery. I didn’t do this right and thought the screen didn’t work at first. Then I disconnected and reconnected the battery and it lit up.All in all not a bad price for a screen kit and it worked perfectly. No touch issues or lighting issues. And Amazon is usually fairly simple with getting something returned or a new product sent if you have a faulty one. So definitely worth the buy because I was told it would cost 350 at one store for the replacement and 220 at another.And I just did it in an hour for 60. Seems like a win win to me.
