The VLAN feature advertised, doesn't appear to function at all. Ordered the first time, saw it didn't work; researched online for any missing instructions and discovered others couldn't get it to work either. Sent back for a replacement, second unit didn't work either. I didn't bother with a third. Also noticed there's only one small fan for cooling the whole interior; not much for 400 Watts. I didn't measure PoE, but read further reviews that even PoE didn't work well. I understand cheap, but this just simply doesn't work.

Wow very good product. The best feature is a built in POE power supply.. And the price can't be beat. Zero setup issues and flawless operation. Recommended

I paired this with my new reolink setup as POE unmanage . works great and hopefully it will last longer . Setup is just plug and play.

This is great if you router only has one or two rj45 outlets. It’s simply plug and play giving lots of outlets for your devices. At the moment it works very well, is quiet and manages four plugged in devices , hopefully the security cameras can be added and managed just as easily. It was very good value for money compared to other well known branded ones and performs just as well

I have been running this switch on my desk for the last 24 hours. It has no problems powering phones, access points, or IP cameras, computers, printers and other devices.all devices show they are connected at 1000Mpbs / Gigabit. File transfers and speed tests all show good troughput.This unit does not have / need a fanThe down side is that the internal power supply is noisy and has a audiable eletric buzz. I would not recomend this as a switch for your desk, but it it was in a cabinet or at an eletrical panel it would probably be fine.

Habe den Switch als schnelle Ersatzlösung für einen ausgefallenen Switch benötigt.Die Ausstattung stimmt mit der Beschreibung überein und ist für einen normalen Desktopswitch völlig ausreichend. Auch unter erhöhten Temperaturen konnte ich keine Ausfälle feststellen.Überzeugt hat mich auch der Kaltgeräteanschluss, dies hat mir besser gefallen als die Steckernetzteile manchen Vergleichsprodukte.

The switch works as expected. It had no problem powering 2 access points and a wired doorbell camera. It is rack mountable but it is designed to have 2 connected together to span across a standard rack.

I use two of these, one at work and one at home, to power and connect security cameras. Works great. I have them powered on 24/7 and have for months (years?) without an issue. You can’t beat the price. I recommend them for use with security cameras. I would think they also would be nice for medium traffic WiFi access points. They are probably fine for general networking as well but I haven’t tried and I wouldn’t get POE unless needed.

Malgré les autres commentaires y compris une réponse à ma question avant l'achat, le 8PoE(G)+2G+1SFP est livré avec les fixations rack 10" (voir photo) donc c'est peut être nouveau désormais...J'ai déjà 2 switch PoE 8 ports (au dessus et dessous celui-ci dans ma photo) pour 16 circuits qui arrive dans les panneaux de brasage (les blancs en photo), mais je voulais celui-ci pour sa fonctionne VLAN pour isoler les IoT du réseau principale et ça marche très bien (mode extended).N.B. mes 2 autres switch ont été branché sur le uplink du box (4 portes) comme celui-ci qui a rendu tous les autres circuits "ouverts" aux 8 isolés par mode extended. Pour résoudre ceci, j'ai du brancher un de mes switch Digitus dans l'autre Digitus (eg Port 8 dans Port 8 dans ma photo #2), puis port 1 de n'importe Digitus branché dans porte 1 du YuanLey (mais ceci peut être n'importe à n'importe). Comme ça, tous ce qui est branché aux deux Digitus sont dans leur LAN ensemble et visible à chacun (mon réseau "Maison"). Tout le reste est isolé avec tous ie IoT (cameras etc) et réseau "appartement" (AirBnB) sont tous séparés entre eux et avec le réseau principale.C'est un peu compliqué, mais c'est exactement ce que je cherchais pour avoir un réseau "maison" avec des réseaux "le reste" qui sont isolé complètement entre eux et avec le réseau principale

I used the Yuanley switch to add more POE IP cameras to my home's security camera NVR (network video recorder). Installation was fast and easy. I like that it directly connects to mains AC using a power cord instead of a power brick wall wart.I used the included L-Bracket mounts for an under shelf installation. See Photo.Overall the switch is a good value. But I have two minor complaints:1. The status LED's do not indicate if the port connections are 100Mbps or 1000Mbps. I prefer to know this useful detail, especially when troubleshooting. They could have used bi-color activity LEDs for this.2. The two L-bracket mounting ears are made of very thin gauge metal and have huge "wall" mounting holes. I created some 3D printed adapters to accommodate a more practical sized screw. I also had to file the slots that attach the brackets to the case (original slot holes do not line up).Pros: Low cost. Quiet (fanless). Metal construction. Mains powered (no wall wart).Cons: Nothing major. See the text for a couple minor complaints.
