I bought the colors to make keychains, however the cording frays/pills really easily making the keychains look junky after only a short time. Probably wouldn’t get again for keychains or hanging planters (friction of taking pot in and out). Would buy for something else like wall hangings

I am new to the macrame world, but I have really enjoyed this product.The variety of colors is nice. Some would be better in a different shade so that they coordinate together more, but they are bold and pretty as is.I have tested it out as a plant hanger and it has worked beautifully.It also has worked excellently to make feathers and leaves. I used a fine tooth pet hair brush and it made beautiful soft strands, that are very soft.All in all I like the product. It is a good value for the quality, quantity and price so I will probably order it again.

I'm using these as cords for drawstring bags of varying colours and these work perfectly. They do fray easily, which is normal for this type of cord, so a little tacky glue on the end can be very helpful.
