Ceramic Pick-up Pin

The ceramic outlasts other materials used for pick-up pins because ceramic is resistant to abrasion from high wear and reduces friction within the reel. A softer material has the potential to develop a groove in the pin, which cuts the line.

Built-in Bite Alert technology lets you know a fish is on the line using audio and visual indicators to alert anglers of activity below the water. Bite Alert can be switched on or off and the sensitivity can also be adjusted to match fishing conditions.

Dial-Adjustable Magnum Drag

Built with more power than the original dial-adjustable drag, the dial-adjustable magnum drag has even more power to hang onto even the strongest fish. The higher the drag, the harder it is for line to exit the reel. The lower the drag, the easier it is for line to exit the reel.

Love these reels. Cheap and easy to use. After a couple years I take them to the beach for saltwater to destroy and leave them at the hotel, buying a new one for catfishing at home

I got this reel for lake trolling. Outstanding value and it works great. I initially thought it would be heavy and clunky but after installing it on my 8ft trolling rod, it worked out perfect. Retrieve ratio is perfect and especially love the bait alert so I can set it on my lap and do other things while trolling. I don't really cast with a trolling rod but tested it anyway and it cast well like all Zebco reels.

Sturdy, easy to cast with a very loud bite alert. Could not be happier with this reel. I have 2 now and will probably pick up another.

Compré dos carretes iguales, de los dos ninguno sirvió, se atoraba y se enredaba, no funciona mano derecha ya que el freno solo se puede usar del lado izquierdo, fue un desastre de pesca en playa, me gusta Zebco, pero en esta ocasión fue pésimo, me confíe y solo lleve esos dos carretes nuevos, ahí los abrí para usarlos y ni como regresarlos si están obviamente usados, solo fui a darme la vuelta a la playa, pésima experiencia y me decepcionó muchísimo la marca. No los recomiendo en lo más minimo
