Shape your body anywhere
ZELUS gymnastic rings are versatile. When the rings hang near the floor you can perform a variety of exercises that train the whole body and adjust the difficulty based on the angle between your body and the floor. You can also suspend the rings from nearly anything, such as a tree branch or sturdy closet rack, which means you can use them just about anywhere.

- Step 1: press the buckle button
- Step 2: run the nylon straps through the serrated buckles below the button while pressing the buckle button.

The product is good. nice finishing as well. The silicone grip is good. But do not get deceived by the color of the product. It is, in fact, wooden, just painted black, which I expected would be of hard silicone. Only disappointed about that.

These work very well and are comfortable. I use them for incline rows and dips. To the reviewers saying they don’t hold weight and slip, they’re likely threading the strap into the buckle backwards.

These are my first set of rings so I can’t really compare it to anything but ease of use and functionality were amazing. Right out the pack, I was able to tape up both rings in just a couple of minutes. Same day, I took them to the park and used them on a high pull up bar. It was easy to set up and adjust and it was able to hold my weight (215) without me ever feeling in danger. Rings are a completely different ball game and I’m very happy I decided to pick these up!

This piece of equipment is very useful for me, as it allows me to work on the harder and easier variations for push-ups and pull-ups, thus helping me build up my strength. The instability of the rings works wonders for strengthening the stabiliser muscles.

The tape is worthless. Don’t even bother putting it on. Make sure you put the rope through it right or it won’t work. I think for the price they are just great!

Purchased this for doing the MURPH workout outside with a group of people since there wasn’t access to a pull up bar.While there were no instructions, it seemed relatively simple to put together, however the straps are probably way too long. And having to reverse thread the cam buckle made it much more difficult. But once assembled it was able to hold without slipping for 100 pull ups for guys ranging from 160-200lbs.I will say the tape they provide is pathetic and didn’t stick at all. Which is a shame because the cushion for the tape was comfortable compared to the hard ring. Overall good value for the cost but I wouldn’t consider it a super high quality item like others that are available.

Overall adequate quality for price. Durable. Able to withstand multiple gymnastic/CrossFit movements. Easy install on pull-up bar, ratchet strap doesn't slide/move when in use. Great addition to home gym. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good alternative piece of gym equipment.

The rings are fantastic. Buckles and Belts are both strong. The rings themselves feel great too. Grip is fine.I bought these to switch to calisthenics and I have. They function perfectly.
