Great step! This is a full-size step, just like the ones I have used at the gym for years. I use it for step and body pump classes at home.

The step is large and sturdy but the base pieces do not connect so it is not very stable and there it no way to move the step in and out of your workout space. The top moves separately from each base piece. Disappointing for how expensive it was.

I liked everything about this stepper. Sturdiness, price, length are all good to do body pump. Does not slide when using on hardwood floor.

Good quality bench, I'm using it almost daily for LES Mills exercises. It doesn't slip, the grip is good and it arrived new and on time. It's a longer bench which I like. It's so so overpriced though, you can buy one for way cheaper, $30~ other places, just have to look.

Great purchase! Since Everyone is under self-quarantine at their homes more people need equipment like this. This is the real deal step like at the gym. It arrived super fast -like within two days! ... but maybe because I live in the same state it ships from. Either way, spend a bit more money then the compact step and spend waaay less money than the commercial version and buy THIS!
