I’ve been using this ergonomic seat cushion for my desk chair for a few weeks now, and I can’t imagine working without it. The design is absolutely brilliant, offering exceptional support and comfort during long hours of sitting.The cushion features a unique, curved shape that cradles the hips and thighs perfectly, providing full-area pressure distribution. I don't have any particular medical problems which makes sitting difficult, but I do have a kitchen full of unpadded wooden chairs. As I get a bit older, I find sitting on hard surfaces for long periods of time can cause soreness. I've obtained a few different memory foam seat cushions (my wife appreciates them as well), and I'd say that although comfortable, these are significantly firmer than the others I've tried. The contouring is nice with a full cutout at the back; I actually prefer the cutout in the middle and a solid backside as the lack of support at the back causes more tailbone discomfort rather than less. The cover fits well and has a zipper so it can be removed for cleaning. The non-slip dots on the bottom of the cover do a good job at keeping the cushion from sliding around, even on smooth flat wooden seats. Unlike some cushions, this does not come with a strap to secure it to the seat back, although with the non-slip bottom that really isn't necessary anyway.This is a pretty good cushion, particularly if you are looking for something firm; the quality and comfort seem good given the price of this.
