Zinsser 5 gal. Block Filler Primer is a high-build acrylic primer designed for interior and exterior residential, commercial and industrial use. With twice the thickness of other primers, it fills pinholes and seal voids in surfaces providing a smoother and more uniform topcoat. Block Filler 2X high hiding formula seals semi-porous surfaces to provide better topcoat coverage and consistent sheen without pin holing.

Don't buy the paint in the winter. I think the paint didn't work because it got frozen during transport. It was delayed during delivery and it was not shipped in a container. Lowe's actually told me that if paint is frozen it is ineffective.

I used it for for a block wall I had in my yard, worked really well shielded all the gaps and cracks

Pure white. Comes off easily if washed off quickly. The delivery was amazing.
