Just past the 1 year mark. Started smoking, smelled like electrical burn. Now it’s dead as a door nail. For the price of a replacement steamer, it costs about $1-2 per steam session.

When you look at the photos, you can see the leg of the chair provided is starting to flake off the paint and rust. There are a few other spots that are similar. Breathing rust and paint isn’t good for the body!!You can see discoloration on the base of the sauna. That gets cleaned every time I use the sauna to get the water out. I can only imagine that is from the paint flaking off. Also, the wrinkles you see in the base are where the reflective material is separating. If feels like water may be in between the layers because there isn’t any below that pan.

I have used this product a total of 5 times since receiving it about a weeks time ago and setting it up. As you can see it is already starting to separate and tear....This is only going to get worse if we are a week in and will lead to mold, leaking and a whole other host of issues even though I let it air dry and wipe it out after each use. This one is going to go back unfortunately.

Our unit did not come with instructions. Would’ve been nice to have a little booklet to read about it. We were able to figure it out eventually. I personally did not find any of the videos, helpful, as our unit came with an additional piece that we’re still not sure where it goes. Other than that, it gets hot, it’s very relaxing, and it makes for a good nights sleep.
