So far so good, its compatible with my DVR 3k lite CCTV. Plugged it in, configured it to sound alarm to notify ppl they are being recorded with a small light... Price is super fair at under 20$ love the color, looks well put together super easy set up.

I have been running security cameras since they were analog black and white. I have used multiple makes and models. This is my 6th zosi. I have been purchasing for about 15 years along with other brands. They were cheap and usually after 2 years or so, the dvr would give out. It was cheaper to buy a new system when the cameras went out and just the dvr when that failed. Anyway, I have a Lorex system, POE, NVR that I have been running for 3 years at an unattended location. It has been the most reliable system I have used. I needed another system to replace a zosi analog dvr setup. For the same Lorex (16 cam, poe setup) It was 2.5 times the cost and twice as heavy. I needed to pay to have it shipped outside the USA. I went with the zosi because the shipping was half, around $500, rather than $1200 for the Lorex. Today is 1 year and 10 days. I am only running 4 cams because they were failing so fast, I wanted backups. I have 1 backup left. 11 have failed. They get power, but the video is dead. It doesn't show as loss of signal. Just black screen. Obviously I traced cables, swapped cables, power supplies. It's the same on all the failures. The infrared works, the 3 led flashing lighs work, the TX led on the cable is lit, but solid, not flashing. After I had three fail in the first 2 months, I removed all but four so I would have backups. I am writing this after just replacing one, with only 1 left. This is not an inexpensive system, although cheaper than Lorex or AvertX, and the like. With the 20 plus systems I have purchased, including a fair number of Zosi, this is by far the worst. While I am on my soap box, the app works OK live, until you need to playback. It freezes, and worst, turns green. And while live, if you go full screen and hi-resolution, it will just freeze up. It's like buying a gun that only shoots sometimes or a life raft that may or may not float. Anyway, buyer beware. I give this system a hard pass. In the first few months, I had tons of problems with the NVR. I ended up putting in a new hard drive. That solved some problems. Then shortly after, a new power supply. Crazy. I would have returned it in a second if I was in the states. No way I was paying shipping to send it back. So here I am warning others. I can't say lemon, when each camera is a stand alone item. I say the whole line is defective. I know that was long winded. I really suggest spending a little more on a better brand. I miss the ability to return an item when it is truly junk. I really love the quality of the system with quality video. The system is robust with high storage capabilities.Zosi has excellent customer service and thanks to Cathy for excellent and swift communication on the maintenance and replacement of my system when I had some challenges.I recommend them if you are looking for quality security system when outstanding customer service and I highly recommend getting in touch with Cathy to help from the process of making a decision, purchase through to maintaince and warranty issues.

Great system it has nice features such as 2way audio with 4Tb storage and 5mp Cameras, Color Night Vision or B&W along with sirens and spotlight and it is so easy to navigate through Nvr or the ZosiSmart App! Customer Service can and will help. I had Tech support (Jar) was really a great help to me and answered all my questions. I chose to email back in forth due to 13hr time difference, but with patience we sent pics and vids and tried various ways to solve the problem. But ultimately needed to replace 1 camera of 16 and the Nvr. It took almost two weeks but worth the wait it’s all good now! Would recommend this system. Thanks Jar for the time &support!
