These pans are great. They are just the right weight. Easy to clean. Beautiful design. I am so happy I bought them. I also purchased the ZWILLING Spirit Ceramic Nonstick 10-pc cookware set and 4 qt sauce pan. After a few weeks of use, some of the food started sticking in the fry pan and it was hard to remove. I tried the recommended vinegar method but it did not work. Then I did more research online and found the absolute perfect way to clean it. I use it on the inside and on the bottom of the pan. 1) Don't run water into the pan while it is hot. Wait until it is cool to clean. 2) First, clean with hot soapy water. Do not use any abrasive cleaner. 3) Next, if there is any remaining food residue, sprinkle baking soda combined with a small amount of water in the pan, making a paste. Rub with non abrasive cloth. (I use a paper towel. I also use this on the bottom of the pan if there are any burn marks on it.) The baking soda takes everything up easily. 4) rub a small amount of oil inside pan. (Use an oil that has a very high smoke point. Peanut, Canola, Grapeseed and Avocado oils are good.) Wipe off any excess oil. I haven't had any problems since I started cleaning the pans with this method.

It was time to replace my old (cheaper and inferior) deep skillet. I researched and decided to try this one, knowing I could return it if need be. Oh, was I pleasantly surprised! I wish I had this when I had all my children at home, but better late than never. It is well made, conducts heat well, cleans up great, has a great capacity to hold a lot, and the lid fits perfectly.

It is not non stick after only 6 months. We have the 5 qt size with the lid and we spent a LOT of money on it. I used this almost every day and NEVER put it in the dishwasher...never used anything abrasive on it...never even put it in the oven... and it WAS an amazing non stick surface. I used to LOVE this, I am now very disappointed at spending so much money. After 6 months, it is no longer non stick. The pan and lid look almost brand new, even the interior but everything now sticks to it. I've even tried spraying it with non stick cooking spray or adding oil but everything still sticks....oddly, almost worse than a stainless steel surface. Sadly, I cannot recommend buying this pan.

I bought this to replace my beloved Calphalon that warped. I now know not to put a hot pan in cold water. I read a lot of reviews & looked online at a lot of manufacturers. I kept coming back to this pan. It was the size I wanted that also included a non-toxic ceramic non-stick surface, cool touch handle & front handle. It had everything I was wanting. I have used this pan a ton since I received it. You can use a metal wisk or spatula & not scratch it. It cleans like a breeze! It’s solidly constucted and good-looking. I love it! After reading other reviews, I now keep it in my cabinet with bubble wrap between the pan & the glass top as reviewers said the top edge of the pan wears after a while. Hoping this pan lasts a long time.

I bought this pan in March of 2014 and use it pretty much 3-5 times per week. Its heavy, but sturdy. I like that the non-stick is "green" although I am never sure that any of these non-stick coatings are really healthy. I take really good care of my pots and I do read instructions before use. I've used wood ladles and spoons from the start, but still have lost some of the non-stick coating both on the bottom and the sides, especially where the lid comes in contact with the pan. However, the pan still is pretty non-stick and is easy to clean. It is a good looking pan, The glass lid makes it easy to keep an eye on what's cooking. It heats evenly without any significant hot spots. I wish it weighed a little less and I'm disappointed that the non-stick is no longer intact, but overall it has been a good cooking pot.

I am extremely pleased with this pan. It is without a doubt the best non-stick pan I have ever owned. Time will tell if it winds up as durable as it appears. It heats evenly and does an excellent job in regard to its non-stick property. Cleaning is a breeze. I would highly recommend this pan for those in the market for a solid performing non-stick pan.
