I was skeptical going aftermarket, but these dome thumbsticks are a great value vs buying an entire set of thumbsticks from Microsoft if you only need dome replacements.They have a concentric pattern for grip and they feel precise. Improved my race times. I wish shipping was faster.

Alot cheaper than buying the entire accessories pack. Very comfortable and nearly indistinguishable from the original. Only complaint is it is slightly smaller.

I play on PC and console at 24.5, 24.5 sensitivity and the addition of this item has allowed me to beat even more players who were aimbot cheating. When you're playing hardcore and honoring the game facing down cheaters you need every fair advantage you can get and this is one. Wish they made the same textured surface joysticks in a concave form to go with these one. Makes handing recoil, aiming smoothly and quickly much easier for a highly skilled player who plays above insane level sensitivity. I got two so I have a reserve replacement so I never find myself without one.Update my elite series 2 got broken and I moved to using long sticks with my old elite series 1. I will be buying the same sticks for next controller but a longer version. Best Domed stick you can buy. When you start using it may hurt but in 2 weeks it will stop hurting once your fingers get use to it and you will become faster.
