These are extremely heavy duty feeling drawer slides, and fell like they can take some real abuse. That being said, the instructions are pretty close to non-existent, and just not useful. The video they have posted in the pictures is by far the best way to see how to install these. Once I figured out how these are installed, I found out it definitely will not work for my retrofit of my kitchen drawer without heavy modifications to the drawer. Being a bottom slide, they raise the drawer height by about an inch. I would have to cut an inch off the top of the drawer sides/back, and then lower the front panel an inch to force this type of slide to work. Unfortunately there’s nothing to show you that until you have them in hand.If this was a custom build, or a new build designed around these pulls….. you won’t have any problems at all, in fact the design is super flexible and you can even anchor them to the fronts and the back of the cabinet without box sides. That’s pretty awesome from a design aspect. If you’re trying to retrofit old drawers these may not work depending on the drawer design. Unless you’re willing to retrofit an entire kitchen of drawers to use this specific hardware!

I've installed many a drawer slide and find it rather easy. But these? They take a genius to figure out how they install. I tried and tried but could not figure out how the locking/release mechanism fastens to the drawer. They include some elegant pen & ink drawings which look nice but turn out to be rather useless (at least to me). The only solution for me was to find a video of this EXACT slide. There were none on YouTube but I finally found the one right on the Amazon site for the slide! After that, it was a piece of cake to get them installed. They work well and I'm a happy canper (but I aure wasn't for awhile there!)

I think these are high-quality drawer slides. The problem is that one of them arrived broken. After several attempts to contact the seller, they refused to respond. So while I like the product, I would advise against buying from this particular vendor.

Bonjour, ceci est ma 9e paire coulisse. Elles fonctionnent toutes bien. Cependant, en ouvrant ce paquet la clip droite est brisé en la sortant de l’emballage. Est-ce possible d’obtenir une clip de remplacement? Merci
