These beads are nice for fly tying. The only thing I am not happy with is they are smaller than I expected. It comes with a lot, and I’ll be using these for my small nymphs and very small streamers. I like the silver color because it will be very shiny in the water. Each bead feels heavy enough to get the fly down in the deeper waters like a tungsten bead should do.

I tie a lot of flies and the photo shows a bead mounted on a size 12 nymph hook. A 3.3 mm bead should work with size 10, 12 and 14 hooks. This bead barely works on a size 12. I assume the hole is a bit small for the size. The color and finish are excellent quality.

Fly tying materials are very expensive and these are just as good as named branded ones at a fraction of the cost. Made from quality materials and they work great

These are high quality tungsten beads for fly tying. I like that they are very uniform, consistent, and have an excellent plated finish. Please take note that these are "offset" beads in which the hole is drilled off center. This allows you to distribute the weight off-axis from the shank so your nymph will tend to hang/drift with the hook barb upward. They also allow a bit more exposure of the hook gap. As a fly tier, I can definitely recommend these.

The beads are defective, holes are off center, or no hole at all, returning product and expect money back. I expect Amazon will screen there suppliers for defective product quality, all of these beads are made with poor quality. I'm unable to use them for fly tying!

These Jig Off beads allow you to go super heavy without losing hook gape. The hook riding up keeps you from losing too many flies. Good stuff.
