Operation steps :
1.Insert chip card confirmation mode:Insert the Code chip into the chip socket of the device.
2.Press the power button to start up: chipcard coding will appear on the device screen.
3.Confirm the chip card code is consistent with the test strips jar, and confirm the expiry date.
4.Take out the strip and wait for the flashing symbol of blood droplets to appear on the screen.
5.Use a blood sampling pen to obtain blood samples;Fresh whole blood should be used for each blood collection to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
6.Wipe off the first drop of blood with a cotton swab,Add a second drop of blood sample.
7.When the instrument starts to test, the three-segment line keeps flashing.Display hemoglobin level after 15 seconds.

Biggest problem with this is shipping. I was unable to order it on the Canadian site this last time as it showed unavailable but was able to order it on the US site. Shipping however is not via Amazon and can be somewhat frustrating with the delayed time. I did receive the item however. In the case of this earlier shipment one of the Viles had a gritting substance covering the strips. Some of the strips would not work and others were erratic results. I am hoping the most recent order does not have this issue.

This is a way of doing a rather sophisticated test at home. But, you need to be careful to get it right. I have seen reviews that say that the readings are all over the place. This will happen if you don't get enough blood on the test strip, and it requires quite a lot of blood. I recommend that you make two lances, in two adjacent fingers, then get a pretty large droplet of blood ready, and then wipe them on the test pad in quick succession. If you aren't prepared to do this then don't bother to purchase the unit.

With my husband’s low hemoglobin issues, I was hoping to track it with this kit but it hasn’t been accurate at all. Very disappointing!

Exact match! Priced right in bulk. Same brand. These match blood center therapeutic test. One or two percent variation. Much better if you do not skimp on the blood. I've found the supplied "jabber/lancer" is weak. Any of my wife's brands work better

worst design for test strips ever. And I have been diabetic for years so I know how to use test strips of all kinds. Scanning dot very difficult to get blood to seep in. You would need a pipette to make it work. But when I did get blood on the dot the machine did not read it. And, yes, the chip code matched. The strips and machine were a rip-off and most of the instructions were in Chinese
