I’ve bought this and installed it on my E39 BMW.If it wasn’t for the fact that bmw decided to use 3 layers of steel , the dermal parts it comes with barely made the cut

It is an awesome product my brother used it for his hood but it doesn’t fit my aftermarket carbon fiber hood for my 350z, it sucks because it isn’t opened and I still can’t return it because of the turn around time from the shop

With the right tools the installation isn’t too intimidating, however I recommend using a dremel to have access to a smaller cutting wheel. They look great and have held my hood down nicely, however I give it 4 stars because the metal washers appear to be showing browning as though they are beginning to rust (which I would t expect so soon an in item of this quality).
