This worked perfect for my shed lights, i use a 12v battery and it worked great , all of a sudden my screen went out and the unit stopped working, my battery is charged , i hope customer service can help with this issue , overall good experience when it worked

Installed the inverter in a cargo trailer and so far it has worked great. Will run my 15 amp circular saw or a 1600w heat gun without issue.

Item does not have any reverse polarity protection. I had to cut cord to attach directly to battery. The wires are not marked pos neg.

This thing seems quite well made. Used it so far under test conditions in the shop. It ran a large shop fan (36" diameter) on low and high. Ran some lights and a small microwave oven. Would not run a belt sander, even a small one with a motor rated as 1hp. Couldn't handle the startup load. The package and description says there are four AC outlets. Not quite true, but not quite false. There are two standard outlets. Then there are two other outputs with screw-down or clamping type connections to attach something with bare wire rather than an AC plug. So 4 outlets? Yes. 4 AC plugs? No. BTW: I got the 2500 watt unit. Another quirk is that even when it is powered off the input voltage display stays on and lit up showing the battery voltage feeding it. So if you leave it connected to your battery bank, even when powered off, it is still drawing power to light up and show the battery voltage display on the front.
