I cut a couple chains and made some shorter ones. These hooks were much better than the ones on the chain. Beefy and strong!

The PALOZO 1/4 Inch Clevis Grab Hook Pin Clevis Rigging Tow Transport Truck Trailer Hook were obtained to have around the house to use with tow chains on my farm. The hooks seem to be high quality, meaning they feel heavy and sturdy, I am not 100% positive since I am not towing or lighting anything near the weight limit of the hooks. I am glad I have these on hand as they have many uses on a farm on a lake, so boats, docks, fallen tree limbs, etc, I use them for everything.

These hooks were the perfect size for my project. I have other hooks and these look the same. I like the faact that they are easy to attach. One observation, is country of origin was not stamped onto the hooks.
