These are everything done correctly. The additional angle bracing makes them able to support ridiculously heavy items (like a truck tire). Their depth and length mean that they can accommodate all 6 of my garden rakes, with room for a couple more. After buying a set of four, I wished I had more things that needed to be hung up just so I could order a few more. One of the best purchases I've made on Amazon in the last 12 months!

These are very sturdy wheel holders and hold my Porsche wheels perfectly without any bending plus theyโre long enough for a 10โ wide wheel.

These really are heavy duty and well built. I bought these so I could hang two sets of scaffold frames and these hooks easily handled the weight. Best value for cost I could find. If I need more I will definitely purchase again.

These are sturdy hooks and they work well. I was able to get 5 folding chairs on one hook which is what I wanted. Would buy again.

I finally got to use these hooks (had to wait until I rearranged some things in the garage). What I like is that they are long enough to hold multiple shovels, rakes, etc. on each hook or hang some bulky things (I used one hook to hang some folding chairs). I also like the coating on the parts of the hooks, but I would have liked the coating to extend all the way to the plate (see image). Not a huge deal, but it leaves bare metal to contact whatever you are hanging. Well, powder-coated metal, but I assume that will eventually wear with use faster than the protective coating.I didn't like the plate's mounting configuration. Specifically, there is one hole at the top of the plate (above the hooks where the load is applied) and two at the bottom (see image). As an engineer, I think the reverse would have been better: two holes above where the load would be applied and one hole at the bottom. That would give you two fasteners to counteract the lever action generated by a heavy downward load on the hooks. Not a big deal if the plate is screwed unto a stud and uses high-strength screws. A concern if mounted on sheetrock with the supplied anchors.Other than that, the welding seems a tad thin at the junction of the support brace and the horizontal bar (see images). That's because the rods weren't cut at an angle for better contact with the plate and bars. So, rather than the bars supporting the load, it's the weld. I hope it's a good weld, but I might not trust this with a very heavy load.In conclusion, these are fine for my use. However, they could have been better designed for "heavy duty" use. Keep that in mind.

Used these to hang up wood patio chairs. Sturdy to hold my chairs. Took some effort to install but overall well worth the time.
