The IOS phone application is useless, so while the hologram fan works in demo mode, it isn’t customizable. I cannot recommend this item, and I am returning it.

Is devices are pretty neat. I like this one because the blade doesn't have a chance of falling off and flying through the air. It has a good picture to it, good resolution. Super easy to use, just plug and play

Mechanically/Electronically this device works fine.Calling this 3D though is false advertising but a 2D fan configuration can obviously not create 3D images.More like a cool circular display.The App is terrible and non-intuitive.The 700 image gallery advertised is nowhere to be found.

These little units are great! The criticisms in some reviews seem to be from not spending enough time getting to know how to use it. It's made in China, and so some instructions that might be considered obvious there are less known her...such as hooking to the device's built-in WIFI instead of using bluetooth. To use the app, connect your phone to the WIFI that the fan provides once it's turned on. The fan comes right on when plugged in so make sure it's mounted on the wall or stand and that the cord is out of the way of the blades. To get the 700 vid library you need to email them at the address provided in the owner's pamphlet, and the print is very small. They get back to you quick! To delete a video from the app, swipe it left and a "Delete" button will be shown. The "Format" button is settings erases all loaded videos from the device. This is the best new marketing signage I've seen recently, no one in my small city has seen this and it captivates everyone who witnesses it!!

App can't upload most videos even in correct format, often can't upload pictures either, will take long time to upload due to bugs, it's also loud from the wind

So got this in today and looking at it while assembling it, the blades have "slots" instead of screw holes. The issue is when it's together and 1st turned on, you see the start up image, but when it gets up to speed the blades slide outwards about 2-3 mm each. This makes it loose connection to the data tabs underneath, and image goes away. But it continues to spin.Turning it off and pushing the blades back together to the center will make it display image again for couple seconds until it gets up to speed and the blade move again outwards.No amount of lighting the screw will hold it in place with that slot instead of a hole.Going to try an exchange and see if was just a bad unit.04/12/2025:Seller contacted me within 48 hours and has agreed to send me a new unit so I have changed the star review based on the quick customer service. I will give a review when the new one arrives and update my findings.

It was easy to setup and use. I was not able to load multiple videos on it so it did not work for. Need to ensure the actual size works for what you need, in my case it was the right size for what I needed.
