I didn't use the lead as have a heavier one. Has stayed secure in the ground for months and my lab is strong. I'm very satisfied with my purchase

Works good for what little I got to use it. My dog is a bit spoiled and acted absolutely terrified while being on it but it did work and I like that I can just take the cable off and mow over it without worrying about clipping it.

This was simple to use. It is advisable to dig a little around the post before it is screed down all the way. This makes it easier to turn using the tool on the short end.We had two small pups secured at the beach…but it will easily hold much larger dogs.My only issue was the clasp on my lead was too small to clip on. So be sure to test that before arriving at your destination!

I brought this to the beach with me yesterday for my dog and was a bit skeptical on how well it would work but she put it to the test and was pulling hard while connected to it and it held great. It is built strong, the shaft didn't bend, all of the welds held and the rotating ring didn't break. Great value for what it is. I just need to get a shorter cable for next time 20' it's way to long and could I didn't want to risk my dog breaking her neck

Took it camping for 4 days. Worked great. It's sturdy, weight is as expected for price and product. Haven't had it long enough to test out the Rust situation, and the appearance is subtle. Will update when and if it Rusts out.
