Replacement was perfect for my orbital sander. The backing pads, comes with (2), are exact in size and alignment of mounting and vacuum holes which is very important so make sure the distance between them is correct. Well made with a clearance pocket for dodging possible sander mechanics and the Velcro hook side is what everyone needs for their sanding pads. I saved money on this replacement instead of having to buy a new orbital sander. Worth the purchase.
