Installed easily used the existing Ferrels coated with plumbers' putty to give complete seal, had I removed old Ferrels I wouldn't have needed that as probably would have got a good seal. But this gave me a quick simple fix without disturbing to much as it was in a fairly tight space. Shut off worked well no leaks, the original wouldn't shut off completely reason for change.

Installed to replace a leaky water supply stop. Unscrewed old stop without removing brass ferrule and screwed this on in its place on 1/2" copper. Threads matched exactly. Tightened and turned main water stop back on. No leaks. Perfect.

Quick and easy installation once you remove the sturdy previous valve. Shut off works great with a quarter of a turn. Great value and no leakage so far!

Well made. Brass compression rings, threads well defined and easy to tighten, ball valve operates with slight resistance, as it should be, and after installing one last week, no negative issues.

This valve worked really well under the kitchen sink. Only had a short piece of copper tube to fasten to and not enough room to solder without burning cabinet or wall. Worked great.
